Hello, I am in the process of getting my application in order for an Outside Canada application.

For this application type I need police certificate, medical certificate and proof of my relationship with my wife (photos, etc).

Is there any specific order in which I arrange these documents?

Also in form 3901e it states that "Photos must be loose. Do not send them in binders, albums, frames or other such containers" - is it okay to put related photos in an envelope, such as an envelope for wedding photos, envelope for last years holiday, etc?

Sorry if this seems trivial but I would hate for some technicality to be the reason my application is refused.

Thanks,
Andrew

1. The checklist.
2. Sure why not, but why don't you print them onto a a sheet of paper?

I put all mine in individual envelopes and with a paper clip attached. I attached a separate piece of paper which stated the question # i was responding to . I put the question number on the back and the name of the applicant , year and where the photo was taken and with whom of each photo . Im not good on computers so this was the next best way for me.
