Question regarding study permit extension

I have contacted an educational consultancy and applied for extension through that agency.But after getting admission they rarely pick up the call.I have sent all the documents to them and after calling sooo many times they sent an id and password to sign in to cic to pay the application fees .But when i tried its showing invalid.I am already late as my permit expires on march 31st.So my question is, Can i apply myself as my friend told me that he can help me with the application.I gues the 1st one will only get submited if i pay the application fees.Please help ..Anybody?

Its not a rocket science that you need agent every time. You can do it by yourself. For online application http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/cometocanada.asp For paper application http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/extend-student.asp

I had applied by myself, but a problem occured.I forgot to put the apartment and building number to which the study permit has to be sent(don't know how can i be so dumb).Is there any way i can notify them regarding this.Anyone?
