I came to Canada along with my wife through ICT in 2017 and got my WP extended recently and it's valid till April 2021. My wife's current status is work Permit (Open WP) valid for the same time period as mine. Both of us are working in Toronto and my current project in Toronto gets completed. I have the following questions with respect to this scenario.,
1) Is it possible for my wife to continue her work until her WP gets expires if I travel back to my home country?
2) My employer has suggested to take up a new assignment in Montreal and I need an Amendment in my WP in order to travel to Montreal. In this case, can I alone go to Montreal and my wife can continue her work in Toronto?
