Question regarding PNP for a plumber

From Ireland, been living in BC since Dec 2023 and have worked as a commercial project plumber since then, currently on my second visa (Irish & British passport) and I’m hoping to go for my PR for PNP soon with the assistance of the company I work for

Is PNP something attainable for me as a plumber with foreign qualification? I do not have my red seal and I’m currently not enrolled in trade school

I know of some others over here in a similar boat to me who have gotten PNP with the assistance of their employers without having Red Seal or other relevant trade qualifications
