question regarding PCC

Thanks to our almighty God, my PCC from Saudi has been waived and they're requesting me to send my passport to Detroit for visa stamping.. What a relief!

who sent to you asking for the PCC, I mean which officer. Is he the same person who replied with the waive ?

Hi KAMMAR,
I sent my explanation letter to CIC last Nov. 8 '12 and they received it Nov. 9 '12 included in that letter are all the proofs that Saudi embassy in Ottawa returned my application. this includes the fedex waybill, receipts from canadapost, the envelopes they used and I used and photos of complete documents that I included in that application for PCC from Saudi, each page of that proofs had my explanation written by me in hand.

They did not say thay they waived my PCC. I just received a PPR from them today and Im pretty sure they will not ask for me to send my passport to Detroit if Im missing some certificate right?

I think you should be fine. Congrats bro. I hope they reply to me. I did not even get my medical request. I'm planning to do it any way if they did not request it for another week !
