Question regarding NNAS and getting an ECA

Hello,

I have started the process of getting my American BSN/license evaluated by the NNAS. Being optimistic and assuming they check out and my advisory report is comparable... do i need to get an ECA as well from an institution such as WES or does the NNAS provide this/provide equivalent information?
