Question Regarding Landing fee

I have been asked to pay the landing fee for my spouse. I'm going to pay it online, my question is that Do I need to send the receipt via email or post OR both?

I believe they require a hard copy. I would send both though. Scan and email to get the ball rolling and send by mail.

but i got email from Delhi visa office. shouldn't I send this to delhi address.?

This is where they take the rprf fee. I guess check the wording of the email and see if they told you to send it to them.
