Please read closely the instructions for submission.

All documentation not in the checklist will be discarded.

T4 are never mentioned in the checklist. Reference letters are obligatory requirements. Please read thoroughly the instructions for submission.

Suggest re-reading the document checklist (under Work Experience in Canada). T4s and NOAs have been standard documentation for the CEC program since its inception.

They are NOT replacements for the Letter of Reference, however. It is very difficult to be approved without the Letter of Reference.

If it's not on the checklist, you don't need it.

2. I changed my employer last November do i need to have reference letter from previous employer but on the other hand i have T4 from my previous employer?

If it is skilled employment, and you expect to use the experience to qualify for CEC, then, yes, of course you need the letter of reference.

3. Can i add more supporting document other than checklist to support my case?

For unusual circumstances, there may be specific additional documentation that will help your case, but generally, there is no need.

Correct.

I got confused with TRV. Sorry, my mistake.
