Question regarding Imm5532 and general advice

Hello,

I have a confusion in section C, question 3, "Are you living together now?"
I'm a Canadian PR who got married through arranged marriage. Met my now wife in person on February, got engaged the same month and got married in March. Presently, we both are living together at my parents' house. I'm currently working from home in India due to travel restrictions. Can I still sponsor my wife? (I read somewhere that a PR cannot sponsor their spouse while living outside Canada)
My wife and I are living together in India..if I answer yes, will it cause any issues?
The other option, is to answer No and submit the application after I reach Canada.
What do you suggest?

You should only submit after returning to Canada.

as a PR, you should only submit a sponsorship application if u are living in canada
