Back Ground start date 13/03/2019 , PCC Request 13/May 2019
Submitted 18 June 2019
Family bio matric fees letter on 8:08/2019depositted same day .

There are no specific question asked and as I pointed out the notes indicate normal processing. Not sure why you are up in arms.
