My friend and his family just got their CSQ (via experience program). However, he also got a job offer in France with good salary, starting from this September. He plans to submit their PR application here (that is, as inside applicants) then goes to France, working for one (or two years) and come back. Is there any problem with this? When he updates his address in France, are there any possibilities they block the application because he's not living in Canada?
