Question Regarding Application for PR in Canada

Hello Everybody,
I applied for Canada PR under Federal Skilled Worker Category.There is a section in Application for PR in Canada form where you got to mention the place you intend to live in canada.I mentioned it as Quebec and mailed the forms to the following address:Citizenship & Immigration Canada Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Office PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9 Canada.
I received all my documents back after a month saying I fall under Quebec Skilled Worker Class and i've to mail the docs to another address in spite of mentioning that I am applying under Federal Skilled Worker class.
Now I want to reapply by mentioning Ontario (Toronto) as the place that I intend to stay in Canada.Can I mail the docs to te above mentioned address or is there any another address for this province too...?????. :-[

Yes, Please mail to above mentioned address. For applicants choose to live in quebec falls Under Quebec Skilled worker program and this is why your application was returned to you.
