Am Collating all data for a Common-Law Application and have found a short snag!

In Section 6 . Civil Status

It says:

"Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate or Immigrant or Permanent Resident Visa for any family members who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada."

Is this in regards to all family members who are Canadian Citizens (Uncles, Aunts, G-parents, Third Cousins- Removed?)

I have an Uncle, Aunt and 2 cousins in Canada....

Thanks for your help guys! :)

I'm not sure without looking at the forms but I know in several other places CIC means family as spouse and dependants. The only place my husband (the applicant) had to fill out information on his family beyond spouse and children was on Additional Family Information [IMM 5406].

Are you the sponsor or applicant?

Applicant. I believe it is what you say it is, but i don't want Mississauga coming back at me.

However i do think that you are right.

I agree, that it's meant to be your immediate family members (spouse/dependants).
GL!

It only means your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, and your children.
