Hello Friends,

I have applied under EE FSW from outside Canada. I had 12+ years of experience in IT under two jobs (previous: 10 years, current 2.5 years). While submitting my profile, I reported only 3 years from previous job and 2.5 years from current job. Finally I got the ITA and it happened that my current employer decided not to provide any letters (not even the letter that they can't issue experience letter) and also threatened to fire me if I apply for EE PR.

But I finally decided to go head and submit the eAPR. While responding, I added my full experience from previous job which ended in 2013 and also the current job. For first job I uploaded letter with job duties, appointment letter and payslips for 2010 to 2013 (3 years). For the current job, I uploaded the offer letter (which has few (not all) job duties matching to NOC code I applied for, an old letter where they mentioned start job, salary and designation, and all payslips.
I recalculated my CRS and appears to be same as before as long as I select 3 or more years foreign experience.

My questions:
1) Will CIC take it as a mis-representation since I didn't report my full 10 year work history before ITA?
2) Will CIC consider the evidence I provided for current job? (My employer won't verify the job duties if CIC calls them)
3) For the CRS points (> ITA cutoff) and FSW points (67+), all I needed was 3+ years of experience. So, lets say CIC rejects my current job, will they still consider my application due to the issue that now it will appear as gap in expereince?
4) My AOR is 11-March-2016, any rough estimate on by when I can be assured that they accepted my NOC and work experience?

Thanks in advance for the help on these points.

1. No

2. Probably not considering the offer letter doesn't list all duties.

3. Yes. Employment gaps don't matter.

4. Probably 60-90 days on average.

All the best!

Thanks for your quick response.
