Hi all,

I had usa visa refusal, i did mention it in my schedule A, do i have to mention my usa refusal in my wife schedule A(she is no visa refusal from any country) application also ?

because following question confuses me.

Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:

Oops.

My wife and I both filled in Schedule A forms. On hers she yes to having been refused a visa in the past. But I answered no in my form as I missed out on the bit where it says 'any of your family members listed in your application'.

What shall I do? Please advise.

To be honest this is not serious, this can not and will not lead to any issues, but if you are worried then I would send them a letter explaining what happened with a new form or by simply notifying them about the incorrect answer.

Ok. Thanks a bunch. I think I go with sending an LOE and a new form.

I confirmed, we dont need to mention applicants refusal in spouse schedule A form.
Please can you clarify your statement better? That if my spouse was refused visa, I don't need to check "yes" in my schedule A form under statutory questions? is that what you mean? and please who did you confirm from - CIC agent?
