Hey guys!

I'm a Canadian citizen by birth, my wife is British. We've been together for 7 years, married for 3 -- I've been living in the UK for roughly 6 years. We obviously have my spouse visa(s) that I have obtained here in the UK; we had a wedding three years ago in the UK and another one in Canada for my family, and we have all proof of us residing together (council tax bills, joint bank account, etc.) since I moved here.

My question is, other than the copious amount of photos we have from our travels together, each wedding, etc., do we still need to prove our relationship via text messages and phone bills, etc? I have a completely different phone than I did when we first met, the email account I had from when we first met hasn't been used in years (as I mentioned, it was 7 years ago!) and I guess we just don't have very many logs of communication because, well, we live together and see each other every morning, evening and weekends! Any ideas?

Many, many thanks!

Bump -- any suggestions? We've got old rent agreements, council tax bills from when we first moved out in 2010, just no old chat logs and phone bills. Is that necessary? You'd think my spousal visa for the UK will count for something as well?

From my own perspective you do have good point to get you your visa and since you have all the proof of living together the written communication evidence is not necessary and l believe if both of you share gifts you can put the evidence also, with all these proof that you have, l am 98% convinced that your visa will be granted because with God all things are possible, good luck.

you don't need chat you live together , your also married and from the U.K. The best proof is any airline tickets of trips you took together and your wedding photos . Honestly don't worry you have enough . Good luck .

You don't need proof of communication since you live together. If you have some, sure, include it, but don't worry if you don't have much. Financial proof is more important than communication proof in any case: joint tax returns, proof your finances are joined, joint bills, joint lease or mortgage, etc.
