I have had my information taken down by police once as part of a patrol, however no charge or ticket were given (just a warning to not trespass). This isn't an indictable offence so if an interview officer asks about police trouble, I would answer no right?

Depends on the question.

You weren't arrested or charged, so if that's the question you can say no.

If the question is "are you mentioned in any police files," you may need to explain.

Would this be bad for the application process, I checked off no to all criminal-related questions when I submitted it. I'm worried that this could cause denial of citizenship/revoked PR

It shouldn't unless you were arrested or the form asked about police interactions, but it doesn't - it asks if you've been arrested, charged, convicted, or committed a crime.
