I am getting married on 1st March, 2017. My fiance works in UK on a work permit and has been there for around 10 months now. We intent to apply for the outland PR application from India (Both of us are Indian citizens).
I have the following questions regarding the PCC that would be required for processing her PR application:
1) For UK PCC, can she apply for it now when she is in the UK or does this has to be done from India after the marriage (she won't be going back to the UK after marriage).
2) How long are the PCC valid for?
3) For the application, do both of us need to get the PCC done? or is it only for my wife.
4) She has a visitor visa to Canada, can she apply for her Indian PCC from here (even though we are applying for outland application)?
Any advise is greatly appreciated!!
