All steps on my husband’s PR application shows completed. Final decision March 12: Your application is in process. We will send you a message once a final decision is made. COPR number is visible in tracker.
His IRCC office was Port of Spain Trinidad who initially asked that he submitpassport to VFS to compete application. However, my spouse is in Canada so Port of Spain is now saying that all steps at their visa office is complete and that an IRCC office closer to him will contact him.
1-Is this normal?
2-Wasn’t Port of Spain supposed to initiate PR portal?
