In Canada
I have recently lost my job through no fault of my mine. I wish to work back in the UK, can my family (wife and 3 kids) stay in Canada?

My TFW permit is valid until August 2015, I have enough continued experience to apply apply under the Canadian Experience category and will submit my application before I leave for the UK, for around 6-12 months. I can stay in Canada for 12-15 months without working, but I don't want to use up my savings.

I also wish to visit Canada from time to time, as a UK Citizen I am visa exempt.

Any issues with the above?

Thanks.

Does anyone have any idea on this?

As I understand it, your wife and children will be able to remain in Canada as visitors (provided they make sure they keep extending their status to keep their visit legal) - however any benefits associated with the fact that you were working (e.g. attending school tuition free, provincial health care) will be lost. They will effectively turn into regular visitors (tourists) in Canada.
