Question on Citizenship Application address change ?

Hi,

I am currently living in Downtown Toronto but i will be travelling to Ottawa on a weekly basis (Monday - Friday return) for work purpose until end of this year. I am currently seeing my Citizenship Application is In Progress since Dec 20th.

Now my question is, if i get a Citizenship exam on Monday or Friday I can take a day of to attend the exam but I get it in the middle of the week such as Wednesday,Thursday. It's kind of difficult for me to come back to Toronto and go back to Ottawa again. My questions below.

1) Is it a good idea now to change my application address from Toronto to Ottawa apartment address ? So that I will get exam in Ottawa, any days are fine there for me to attend the exam.
2) How long is the exam, i heard 30 mins. If we stay there total 1 hr, is it enough or do we have to plan a day or half day off ?
3) If i keep my Toronto address in file, if i get a exam date on Wednesday. How can i change it to Monday early morning ? Is it possible ?
4) Any suggestions welcome

1) Yes - sounds like it might be wise to change your address.
2) You'll need more than an hour.
3) No - not possible. You can't change to a specific day or time. If you can't make your test date, then CIC will pick another one without considering what's convenient for you.

I hope it shouldn't be a problem by changing the address now to Ottawa. Also I would be taking a vacation between 10 Feb - 20 Mar. How to inform CIC, should i call them or email ?
