Hello everyone, i have a question regarding marital status pre and post-ita:
I had a plan to set my profile as Common-law + non accompanying partner. (I'm going by myself to canada for a while)
but after receiving ITA and digging deeper into the necessary documentation, I've realised that I may not be able to prove the common-law relationship.
Is it correct to revert my application to a Never Married/Single if I'm not able to prove my relationship in IRCC terms?
Att,
