Question in application I'm unsure about, help?

Hi there
I'm applying as a sponsor. There's a question in the application that asks 'have you ever been charged with an offence under an Act of Parliament punishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of at least 10 years?'.

Over 6 years ago when I was very young, I was convicted for a DUI(yes stupid I know) but I have gotten a pardon since, does this apply to me?

No, DUI is maximum 5 years.
