I got a require for addition doc. schedule A , question 6

i been refused 1 time during the interview in Quebec, which the office think my french is not good enough , DO I NEED TO SEND the refuse letter to them ? Do i need to translate to English (the refuse letter is in french )? If i need write a additional letter as well ?

You don't need to translate to English a document written in French. Canada is a bilingual country french/english.

For your other question, I'm not sure I clearly understand: which interview in Quebec have you've been refused to ? Immigration ?
If so, you have to mention it but no need to give any letter, unless specify in the document.
