Has any Pakistani Applicant got acceptance for study permit without paying the advance 1st year tuition fee?

U dont have to pay advance fees if ur university applicant because its not requirement of uni nor embassy.. uni applicant pay fees when they reach there

yes bro i know its not a requirement but one of the reasons for my rejection was that the VO wasnt satisfied if i would be able to pay my tuition fee without working in Canada.
How is that possibe? I showed more than 60,000 CAD.

look buddy chc isb giving same stupid reason to everyone i got same reason .... if u r undergraduate student ur visa chances are low ... they r giving visas only to masters n engineers

yes ... yar procedure b ye he hai k fees waha poanch kar dane hote hai uni applicant k laya .... yar aap na kon se uni main apply kya tha aur program konsa tha

mere friend ne 2011 me masters k baad yei same course me apply kia tha n his visa was approved.
CHC ki policies r pretty weird yar ???
