Question for Leon regarding IMM5604

Hi Leon,

I am desperately need your advice. How do I fill out this IMM5604 if there is no father around? Is there a way around this?

Here is my situation: I finished master degree in Ontario and successfully got PNP, and I am in the process of applying for PR with one dependant: my 5 year-old son. Currently he is under the care of my mother in China. His father left us after he was born, and has never made contact or paid alimony. CIC need me to provide IMM5604 within the next 30days.
