Q: This Question is for Experts, if someone gets Provincial Nomination from Nova Scotia Immigration ,then she applies for immigration to Immigration and Citizenship canada and after getting PR card from Immigration and citizenship Canada can she move to any other Province for work? as there are limited job opportunities in Nova Scotia , after getting PR card ? if she can move to any other big province for better opportunity will it be any problem for her when she will apply for canadian citizenship?

Throughout the nomination and application process you need to show an intent to reside in the nominating province. After you become PR there will be no restrictions on where you live and work in Canada, nor will living elsewhere affect your future citizenship application.

So basically, if you don't intend to reside in Nova Scotia you need to keep that to yourself until you're a permanent resident, and you'll probably need to live in (or have some strong ties to) Novia Scotia too.
