Hi. I am just trying to figure out how to read the xls file with the dates of all the applicant. Is the application received date the date Cic-m received the documents or the day they started processing it? For eg. Ppl mentioned in column 1 application received 1 January 2014 and aor received 4 February 2014. So did they get the acknowledgement of application received on Jan 1 or Cic started processing applications as of Jan 1. Hope my question is not confusing!!
