Hell, I am wanting to travel to Canada to visit a friend but am unsure of what I will be faced with when entering customs with a previous criminal record. I have researched everything from Temporarty residence, Pardon and Discharge, Deemed Rehabilition and Rehabilition. I was convicted of a DUI and Possesion of Paraphernila. This is not within the 5 year regiment to apply for Rehabilition. I was pardoned for my crime by something we call "withheld judgement" in the state of Idaho, USA. What are my chances of being turned down at customs upon arrival? I haven't broken the law in over 5 years and am a United States Federal employee. Help...I'm trying to fly out next week for 6 days. I understand it is under the Immigation Border authority to allow me into the country, how likely is it that they will review my criminal record or just pass me through customs with my valid Passport?

I have tried contacting the offices, unfortunally there isn't anyone to speak with. They are on a automated system and only process applications.
