Once you have applied/filed you e-APR all your situation is generally locked/frozen in time at the time of application, but in your case there may be some issues at the time of BG Check by CIC, because of non existence of your LMIA, but i am sure CIC would be aware of that because i assume LMIA has an expiry date on it.

Please wait for other experts to advise.

When did you submit your documents and receive your AOR? Per the requirements for applications submitted after 1 January 2016 you need to pass your 'R10' before you can apply for BOWP.

You have to wait until the VO determines if the documents you submitted are sufficient enough to make a 'Decision'. After reading the posts of other forum members this can take at least 3-4 months. The only way I have seen people finding out is by ordering GCMS notes. As I have never done this myself I don't know exactly how its done.

I have seen people suggest that you should wait for 2-3 months until after submission to order GCMS notes.
