Question around police clearance certificate

Hi Seniors,

I left my home country around 3 months after my 18th birthday and never lived there for more than 6 months in a row since then.
In this case, do I need to provide a police certificate for my home country?

Sorry that I made a mistake in my original posting. It should be "I have never lived there for more than 6 months in a row SINCE THEN(left my home country)".
Is it still the case.

Yes.

If you haven't lived there for 6 months or more in a row since turning 18, you don't need PCC from that country.
