QUESTION-Application returned, how to re-apply ?

Hey guys, i've sent my application under QSW november last year, CIO Sydney
Today i got my application returned and there is a letter telling me that i forgot to sign a form
I also found that there are stamps on my generic application form and receipt
So here comes my question: What should i do to re-apply?
1, Sign the form i fotgot, send it back along with other forms and documents
2, Start fresh, make a new application, new forms, and send them back

Yes.. All forms..

your credentials should be updated as well... Like certificate of employment, bank certificate..

And double check everything before sending
