Hi everyone, i am looking to get some information. I and my husband applied for work permit inside Canada. he also has Positive LMIA, and i applied for open work permit. Our passports are gone to NYC office in January as we applied for work permit in January. Now when i am trying to track application it says Application Processing Completed - In Transit to the Applicant from the VAC. this update is from 24th May, i emailed NYC office an they said passports has been dispatched from 8th June. And my lawyer said that she hasn't received any email of update on this. When will i expect to receive passports. Also is this means work visa is approved ??
