Question about work experience

Have few questions

I can provide proof of work for last 4 years only (NOC 0621 as a director and co-owner of the company)
My previous work experience in 4 more years (3 years NOC 1122 as a business consultant and NOC 0016 for 1 year.)

I cannot get any proof working as NOC 1122 and 0016, since company does not exist anymore.

Questions:
1. Do I need to enter only last 4 years in work experience, like I have never worked before?
2. If I receive job offer for 1122, will it comply with express entry, where I have only NOC 0621 work experience?

Basically, answer Yes/No would be sufficient

1. Yes, that will be sufficient. There is another section that you will fill post ITA where you will have to mention past 10 yrs of your whereabouts. So that's when you can mention the rest of your work experience.

2. Yes, it's ok if you get a job in Noc 1122. Basically, after getting pr your noc doesn't matter. You can take any job once you land.
