Hi all,
We sent in our app (inland) about 20 days ago and have since realized that there are a couple of important factual errors in it. I want to withdraw the application to correct it. I'm assuming that it is still probably untouched.
Does anyone know if they will send the whole package back? I'm hoping to just redo the incorrect area and send it back again, rather than having to get another FBI security letter, etc all over again.
We used a lawyer as our representative, but we are going to carry on without him from now on. I'm assuming that since I'm withdrawing the application and submitting a new one, that I don't need to rescind his authorization to act on our behalf?
Are we likely to have any trouble resubmitting the application? I haven't changed my mind about sponsoring my spouse, I just want to make sure that everything is as accurate as possible.
One last questions - I don't see a Fax # for Vegreville. Do I just mail the letter? I'm going to send it ExpressPost, will that suffice?
Thank you,
