Question about withdrawing inland and submitting outland

If I withdraw my inland application after receiving the OWP and apply outland will the OWP still be valid?

It will become invalid I believe.

Why would you withdraw your application Inland ?
From what country are you ? Because in some cases the processing time at the visa office treating your demand takes longer than the procedure inland. If you already started inland for a few months now, I believe it would be better to keep going in this direction... Just check the average waiting time for the office that would be treating your case depending from your home country.
