So I already did a medical and passed it 3 months ago for my PR application. However, i am applying for an open work permit in the meantime and I need to prove that I have done an exam in this application.
All i got back from the doctor was a letter saying "Thank you, we sent your results to cic on x date" and a list of everything i was tested for and the result. I don't think this is the IMM form, but seems like a lot of information for a "printout" sheet. It does not have my photo or anything so Im not sure. Will sending this work?
