Hi,
I had some questions! First let me explain the situation: I and my wife decided to move to Canada. We both applied to study in Canada, my wife's visa was accepted and my visa was rejected (those times we were in love and we were not married). Two years later we got married. Currently, my wife has pgwp, and she sent me an invitation for an open work permit. My request was rejected after 8 months of processing time. Now she says I cannot wait anymore, and I want to start a new life, and she abandoned me and and blocked me from all messengers and WhatsApp and etc. It’s happened 3 month ago.
My step-cousin lives in Toronto, he is going to send me an invitation to request a visitor visa.

- What should I write about my marital status, since officially still we are married?
- Should I mention that the previous rejection destroyed my marriage?
- What should I do to increase my chance to get a visa?
- Should I buy a round flight ticket?
- Medical test is required?
