Question about "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees, one must be three or more years long"

I have a question about the Education level in Express Entry. I graduated from the University of Toronto Mississauga campus. My program is a joint program with Sheridan College and 7 courses should study at Sheridan College. I studied at University of Toronto from 2019 Fall to 2021 Winter; and at Sheridan College from 2019 Fall to 2021 Winter. When l graduated, l have one bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and one Certificate in digital communication from Sheridan College. My Sheridan transcript only shows the courses that l studied, and the University of Toronto transcript has all course scores and GPA from UofT courses and Sheridan courses. Does my situation meets the requirements of two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be a program three or more years? Thank you very much and looking for your reply!
