Question about Two NOCs in work history

I have job responsibilities that suited to both 2174 and 2172 NOCs & also get nominated by province under 2174.
My question is that when filling work history in postITA form should I enter both NOCs or only goes with 2174 as province has give me nomination under 2174.

one more question: As my job titles are database administrator then promoted to Sr.DBA and currently I am working as Assistant Manager IT, performing job duties of Both 2172,2174 Nocs. But selected 2174 as my primary noc.
Now if I proceed with 2174, is it ok & I will get the max points for it.
