Question about translation docs submitted

The translation company i used seals the translation pages and the original copies all together. When I submitted my birth and police certificates with my e-APR I scanned the whole translation doc only, containing the scanned original docs all sealed together with translation pages.

I just learned that some people specifically needed to send the original scanned and that is something I didn't do before submitting the application. Could that become an eligitbility issue? They have the scanned copies that i scanned for the translation company, should I do anything before they check my file? I received AOR on April 02 and waiting on medical and eligibility check.
