"Submitted" means your profile is now in the pool. They will not review your application until you've received an ITA (Invitation To Apply) and have submitted all requirements.
Oh, I wasn't aware of that. So I'll get the invitation next time my score is above the minimum, right? (I'm really close).
And the requirements are such as biometrics, police record, medical record, etc?

That's right. It will reflect on your profile and you will receive an e-mail when you receive the invitation. And yes, those are the requirements. Start gathering and preparing your docs while you can so that by the time you will get the invitation, you'll be ready. Good luck!
