HI all, I received NOI for NOC 3222 on March 17 and waiting for the nomination since then. I have been working in NOC 3222 almost for 2 years in Alberta.
I have a huge concern in the temporary changes made in Alberta Provincial Nominee Program, which is now saying that the work must be 30 hours / week.
I'm currently only working 24 hours - 30 hours per week (but in the employment letter, it's mentioned 24 hrs / week specifically), so I am wondering if it will affect my current application or eventually declined... or if my manager is called for the verification and says that I am currently working 30 hours per week, will it be alright?
I asked my lawyer who does all the application process and he said I will be fine, but I am just so worried and wanted to ask here again. Thanks in advance!
