How can i get my study permit if i'm already in canada but i haven't received a letter of introduction from IRCC, but I have already applied for my student visa since the 5th of December 2023

So if you applied for a study permit/visa then you wait for response. It will take 9-12 weeks as it is processed from home country. It is processed inland only under specific requirements. Are you a visitor in Canada.

So if you are a visitor in Canada, it is processed from your home country. All you can do is wait at least 9 weeks. After 9 weeks, if processing time is still the same, then raise a webform. Getting approval inland is always more difficult as you have to show home ties to return and career advancement in home country.
