Question:

I applied last year for a student permit and sowp... SP was approved but sowp was refused.

I got my visa stamped but i deffered my college intake to may 2023.

Can my spouse submit a new aplication now january 2023 ( i havent travelled yet)???

But is she still eligible?, Considering i have the TRV but not the study permit , ( they will give me the SP at the moment of my arrival on may 2023)...
