Dear forum members,

I have question regarding section 8 "Personal History" in the Schedule A Background Declaration IMM5562E form.
I have to write what I have been up to in the last 10 years. There are only 5 rows in the table.
For example here is my situation

Job 1 6 months
Job 2 6 months
Job 3 2 years
Job 4 1 year
Unemployed 1 months
University 4 years
Unemployed 3 months
High School 4 years

I used all the 5 rows in the table, and I just cover the last 4 years and 1 month.
What should I do?
Should I insert additional peace of paper with my own table and to write everything there.

you can add extra sheet to the form. just type in microsoft word, on top of the page the form name , and then question number only, write it as it appears in the original form i.e. in table form, in the end put your sign and date and thats it.

just write in first row SEE ANNEXURE-1 AND THEN TYPE IN MS-WORD FIRST TYPE "ANNEXURE-1' IN THE CENTER TOP BOLD CAPITALIZED AND THEN LEFT ALIGNED QUESTION NUMBER AND MAKE ALL THE COLUMNS AND WRITE ALL THE 10 YEAR HISTORY ONE BY ONE...AND SIGN IT EACH BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

welcome n good luck :)

Hi Guys
can anybody tell me how to fill the economic classes form ie at the moment if I am not working with noc code but different occupation, do I need to mention that job or not because the question asking from current or recent job.
Some more do I fill separate forms for schedule background decleration & additional family information for my child who is 6 years old or just by myself and my wife
finally about the payment is it enough to fill payment form with credit card details. CIC website said at the moment they not accepting online payment method and what about the payment receipt if we cant do that through online

Please help for these

Thanks

no you dont need to mention the job which is other than the NOC for which your application is going.
secondly about schedule background, yes you and your spouse must fill this form separately and sign it.
CIC is accepting Credit card but dont forget signature for CC. you can go for a DD as well, for payments.

Thanks for quick reply
So you mean I don't need to explain about my current job. SO what about if they asking me what I am doing now. Because I left my job related to NOC code 4 years ago. How to fill that gap
Regards

Hi Luqi and friends,

I will be applying under the Family Class stream soon as a principal applicant,I am preparing for my docs.If I will pass, hopefully, is it okay that I will go ahead to Canada and my hubby and three kids will just follow even though I filled in the form that they will accompany me in Canada? My sponsor said there were lot of immigrants friends did that way.
My second question is that:Is it okay that my bank account is just enough for me?In the reason that I will go first and my family will just follow.

My third question:If I will apply online,do I need to upload the application form signed by my hubby and my 18 year old son?or still send hard copies of filled up forms to Canadian Immigration Office

Hoping for you reply regarding this matter. Thanks much.

yes if your hubby and kids are not coming with you that's ok. but you must include them in your initial application as later on it will be a bit difficult for you to sort out the things.

i guess you will have to show bank statements for all you. not only you.
yes you will have to submit the application for you, your hubby, duly signed by you, by your hubby and for your kid if he/she is greater than 18 years.

Correction please! Dear immican, you need to mention ALL your occupations in the last 10 years whether relevant to your intended NOC or not. Please dont make this silly mistake of skipping occupations. List them all. CIC will themselves count the experience relevant to the NOC you applied for.

Both Background declaration and Additional family information is to be filled by:
1. You as principal applicant
2. Your spouse (whether accompanying you or not)
3. Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you or not)
So these do not need to be filled on behalf of a 6 year old.

Yes it is enough to fill CC details in the Fee payment form. Please do not forget the Signatures.

your are right, but if the OP does not mention the job, then its ok.

What If i have full time work during the year (which I mentioned in the application) and in parallel during periods of that year I also worked part time somewhere else.
Do I need to mentioned it also.
The problem is that for those part time jobs, I can't get confirmation letter from the employer stating the number of hours working, salary etc. Also I am not sure whether I need to mention this jobs coz one is as part time teaching assistant in the local university and the other is as ICT consultant for a project.
Though I have the original contracts, but they are around 100 pages in my native language, and in order to translate them and notarize I will spend a fortune.

Now, I might skip them, but I have a positive LMO and when applied for the LMO I mentioned this jobs in my Resume. Do they checked that?

Any suggestions?
