Question about Quebec job offer and Express Entry

Right now I may be able to get an offer from a Montreal company. When I tried to select Quebec as "live in" in EE application , the system suggested me to apply for the Quebec program rather than EE. Do you know if I can still apply for EE by selecting another place say Toronto, landing in Toronto first then moving to Montreal for work? Ultimately if I have questions like this, where can I get authoritative answers?

Quebec has its own immigration system separate to the rest of Canada. if you're going to work there you need to go through Quebec's route.
you could apply for EE but you can't use a Quebec job offer for it.
