Question about PRTD from India

Hello ,

I have questions related to PRTD where my PR card will be expires on February 13 ,2022.

1). I got my PR in January 7 2017 and only leave canada for 80 days until October 16 2021 which accumalted around 1600 days. am I eligible for applying PRTD?

2).After 16 Octobe 2021 I am in India and planning to return to Canada by end of February. If i added these days then it dedcucted around 120 days from 1600 days. is there any issue with that?

3).What is the processing time for PRTD document?

4). I am able to apply now or do i have to wait until February 13 2022?

5). I already applied for citizenship. is that going to cause any issue on it?

Because i have few issues with my heath and doctor advised me to stay for few month for regular checkups.

Postal delivery might be delayed due to covid. Your doctor advised you to stay for few month, so you might not be returning by end of Feb 2022.
