Hi friends
Got a question about photo printing.

My wife completed all her forms, and sent me by courier which I just received. For the photo evidence about our relationship, she gave me the soft copy of all the pics through CD, numbering all the photos and for which questions. Then, she wrote the captions for those photos on papers including the question/form name they were related to corresponding to the photo number.

I am going to print photos here in Canada for her, and write the numbers on back of the photos.

Probably, I should have asked this question earlier. Does it matter who print the photos? The reason I am asking is when I printed the photos, on their back, I see the names of the Canadian photo stores where they got printed.

Since my wife is in India, CIC will probably know that I helped printing all the photos for her forms and wrote numbers on their back.

What are your thoughts about this? Please let me know.

Thank you.

no it doesn't matter. CIC is not going to care who prints the photos or where they were printed. all they will care about is the legitimacy of what those photos represent. a person can be in canada and send an outland application. it doesn't matter where it's mailed from or where the application was printed.

Many people import the digital images into a document, to then print multiple photos on a single sheet of paper. They then simply write the information above/below each photo. Much easier, cheaper and less waste of paper. :)

Agreed Ponga. I didn't get this idea earlier though :) Hope I had this idea earlier.

We have done the same for our application as well. We inserted all our pics into a Word document then print to normal paper. Each pic has it own description (i.e. who in the pic, where and when was it taken...)
