My asylum claim was accepted but my dependants where denied...
i will apply for PR now, and appeal at same time as suggested by many.. but i have questions
when i apply for PR, and in the forms put them as dependants... what happens if their appeal is denied and have to return back?? will i have to pay again? will the PR get nulled?
what other strategy is possible? the main goal is to keep the family united together... as they are truly in danger if they come back... what other routes are possible? i come from a latin american country ( not venezuela)
